RE: Important Message for our Corporate Headquarters

Dear Brothers: 

In an effort to better serve you, the Corporate Headquarters of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. is in the process of undergoing a major reorganization including the updating of our website and the integration of advanced technology within our infrastructure. Our objective is to complete this reorganization within the next several months. During this time, we are asking for your cooperation. 

When communicating with our Corporate Headquarters and requesting information, please allow 2 to 3 weeks to get resolution to your inquiry or receive a response from headquarters staff. Although some request may be addressed and/or resolved sooner, this transition time will allow staff to be responsive in handling your future requests in a much more efficient and effective manner. Please know that your Regional Director is an excellent resource as well as other regional and international officers based on the type of information you are seeking.

Please send your requests in writing and be specific as this will facilitate resolution much easier.
