As the 1914 Club Director, I felt the necessity to write this letter to you, the Brothers of the Southeastern Region to keep you informed of the club’s status. The 1914 Club has approximately 45 members for 2006 (We need more members). The contributions from this Club have provided the revenue to produce the Southeastern Region Newsletter. The 1914 Club was born in the Southeastern Region for the purpose of ensuring good communication throughout the Region and is surviving solely by your contributions. I am asking for your participation in building the club’s membership.
In helping us to build the Club’s membership while keeping the finest quality Regional Newsletter alive, I am requesting the following:
1. Each chapter president place the 1914 Club on their meeting’s agenda.
2. Encourage participation from each and every member of your chapter.
Finally, I ask that you take this challenge seriously and comply through your chapter or individually.
