Reporting for Sigma

We pause for assessment. We pause to take account of our programmatic thrust and give all chapters an opportunity to make sure paperwork is in order by using the electronic Program Implementation Assessment Form. Brothers, we cannot implore you enough of the importance of completing the assessment forms EACH AND EVERY TIME you undertake a program activity that correlates to our programmatic thrust.

Brothers we NEED TO KNOW of your accomplishments in a uniform and recordable format. And especially for those of you who have provided financial contributions and support to the March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society. WE NEED REPORTS OF THE MONIES RAISED AND SUBMITTED.

During the July 2006 General Board meeting President Griffin and the General Board adopted the reporting period for chapters’ community initiatives reporting:

January to June 30 (During Conclave years)
July 1 to December (During Conclave years)

January to December (During non-Conclave years)
