Complete The Mission

Implementation and Measurement

  • We will implement our national programs and initiatives through a unified training module and learning labs to be introduced at each Regional Conference.
  • We will introduce our How To Implement Sigma Programs and Community 
  • We are in the process of completing the development of a standard mechanism for assessment of program implementation effectiveness. 
  • We will promote data collection for collective impact assessment.
  • We will partner with Regional Directors and Regional Program Directors for chapter accountability.

Celebrating Success

  • We are asking that each Sigma chapter implement one signature program in each of the program areas and one additional bonus program.
  • We are asking each chapter complete a program assessment form after program implementation to be forwarded to the Regional Director or designee.
  • We will recognize those chapters for exceptional service efforts within local communities according to chapter size within states and the 7 regions.

What will Success Look Like?

  • At the end of 2006, we would have a minimum of 50% of our Active Chapters completing and reporting program implementation assessment (P.I.A.) forms.

  • Each Regional Director is able to report the number of service hours and number of community participants we reached from his Region from implementation of our National Programs.

  • We are able to publish an annual report consisting of measurable results from implementation of our National Programs.
